You can view your account information at any time on the "My Account" page, and update your personal details.

Preliminary searches are free, but you will need to pay in order to view records.

Records may be accessed using pay-as-you-go credits, which are purchased in packages.

The credits will only be valid for a limited time, which will be specified when you buy them.

All online transactions are processed through an external payment provider. (Currently, this is PayPal.)

Refunds are only possible if requested within 7 days of purchase, and only if you have not viewed any records.
