On account of being a new website, there are not many frequently asked questions yet!

• How can I confirm my email address when I register?

  As part of the registration process, you should have been sent an email containing a confirmation code. There are four ways that you can get to the confirmation page:

  1. Follow the link from the page you reached in the registration process.
  2. Click on the link in the confirmation email.
  3. Type the address from the confirmation email into the URL window in your web browser. (NOT the Google search window!)
  4. Click .

  Then, fill your email address, confirmation code and password into the form typing carefully as they are case-sensitive. (The page should tell you if they have been incorrectly typed.)

• How can I find records I've already viewed?

• Why can't I use the 'forward' and 'back' buttons when searching?
