General Information.
SCOTLAND.
Our honest neighbours and fellow-subjects the "canny Scots" are as quiet and well behaved as usual. They have been lately agitating a little scheme for systematic emigration from the "Highlands & Islands". Really they are such good subjects that Her Majesty will be sorry to lose them! Better go to Ireland, where they will find plenty of openings for enterprise and industry, and will do real good in the way of setting their Irish fellow-countrymen a good example of loyalty and industry.
